Many people of various races reside in the United States. Many people would actually migrate to this country with hopes of better living conditions, more peaceful living, and better paying jobs. Such program will grant permission for staying for eligible individuals. It will allow them to stay in the country for a duration of two years. This will be subject for renewal. This will not mean legal status though. One could acquire work permit through this program too. Such program was stipulated by the Obama regime. It was granted last June 15, 2012. Beginning such date, applications could already be accepted. Specific requirements will need to be met though. One must then know what such requirement are.

First, they must meet the stipulated age requirements. The age upon entry to the country should not be more than sixteen years. Upon their entry, they should still be children. At the present, their age should not go beyond thirty as well. When the age requirements are not met then application would not be granted. The age should also be documented with supporting documents. Valid identification card, school records, and birth certificate would be included. The entry to the country should be also supported. Documents like immigration records, passport, and travel records can be included.

It would also be important to meet school requirements. The person should be currently studying. They may also be graduates already of at least high school. They may also be honorably discharged veterans from the US military or Coast Guard. They may also present a GED. It would be important to show documents for these things. It would include transcripts, military records, and school records.

Significant criminal background must not be possessed by the applicant. Serious misdemeanor, multiple misdemeanor, or felony conviction must have not been incurred. With this, they can ensure that national security as well as public safety would not be threatened.

They must have resided in the country during the past 5 years. The stay must be continuous. They must be physically present inside the country upon applying for DACA.

It will be essential to submit required documents properly. Applicants will need to also fill out required forms. This will include form I-7652WS, I-821D, and I-765.

The state laws that affects this program can also vary. Some states support the program. Some may not embrace the program, but would still implement. They would not grant state benefits, driver's license, and state identification to DACA recipients however.
