After you have settled it, you will need to repeat the step again after you add the powder pillow of the oxygen reagent. You need to do the basic, again. You need to incline it and insert a stopper. Then you have to shake it in a vigorous manner but you have to avoid the froths from forming inside so that your measurement will be precise and correct.
If you shook it vigorously and avoid the air bubble in being trapped, you might as well indicate that oxygen is in the mixture. If not, then you might do the step again. But if you saw the transformation of the mixture in the color of yellow, then you have done the right thing for this step.
Avoid wearing shades in viewing thee color of the moisture. You will not be able to see the indication properly and you might not be able to do the task properly. And for the case that you are worrying that it will hurt your eyes, it will not, as long as out is out of contact with you sensory organ.
