Many self-help books can actually help one to see themselves from someone else's eyes. These books help to give support where needed and also manage to help that person to rise above their depression and become aware that life is still good. Many with severe depression have benefited from these low intensity interventions.

Robert Mason was convicted of smuggling and was given a five year sentence in a minimum security prison but was fortunately allowed to remain free pending an appeal. He was incarcerated towards the end of August nineteen eight three and was released in May two years later.
