It is believed and evident that the US is a country that has for a long time, readily accommodated people from diverse backgrounds. It is the leading when it comes to maintaining a cosmopolitan class because no other country can be able to match up with it. People move in and out upon permission by the government opportunity depending on their reason for stay. Whether they are in the country to seek education, pursue their career or to make tours, all depends on the fact that their stay is limited or can be renewed. The Cheyenne Arapaho has earned their stay in their country.

The tribe members can be found in the western state of Oklahoma; Concho to be specific. Like other people they also live within their areas of jurisdiction. The leaders are responsible for the everyday activities that happen within the area. They use the spokespeople to get information.

An administration must be organized according to the constitution of the country. This is why it has been sub divided into legislature, judicial, executive and the overall tribal council. These branches have representatives whose main interest is to represent the inhabitants in matters of concern. They are either appointed or elected depending on their laws.

It is important to evaluate the performance of leaders through their economy. The tribal members have four casinos and smoke shops that readily contribute to their per capita share in the country. They have established their websites where they work out their math and release the information concerning rise or decline in value of their assets.

The tribesmen value the education system so much that they have partnered with a local university to form their own tertiary college. This institution is responsible for offering training concerning tribal administration. They nurture the youth to take advantage of residing in this place and gather as much information concerning administration as can be.

The Cheyenne and Arapaho culture is uniquely rich to the extent to which one can actively participate in them to provide a sense of belonging. Those in charge are aware of this and that is why they organize for these events to happen. The main goals are to encourage cultural participation, promoting tribal content as well as citizenship. The main activities include; chanting of the songs, horse culture, management and horseback riding and other traditional ceremonies. They do so in order to connect the youth with their elders.

The tribal members value the well being of the youth within their system. They monitor them from the time they enter schools to the time where they implement what they have learned. The individual is taken through looking for employment which is offered by the authorities so that they are able to put what they have learned into focus. They publish the job vacancies through the newspapers and other forms of media.

In a nut shell, the Cheyenne and Arapaho communities can receive maximum recognition for their contribution towards the economy of the country. Their culture is rich and diverse and that is why they mainly involve the youth who they have trained in order to become responsible citizens in future.
