This is done systematically so that, learners are able to start with vehicles that are easy to drive, and they go on until they get to the more difficult ones.
To certify our students as qualified drivers, a valid driving license is given to each of them. This becomes a proof that they are qualified and able to drive. However, this only happens after we are convinced that an individual is okay and is good to be behind the wheels.
