For those who have never done farming, one of the main things is learn about what makes the plant grow to the right size. Each plant has its own specific conditions that foster growth and development. Such characteristics include soil, temperature humidity, and light.

The main conditions that need to be regulated include temperature and humidity. The temperature might change significantly from warm to hot at any moment. This may harm the plant so you need to keep the heat regulated. Proper monitoring is necessary, as the condition must be almost exact as those of the tropical areas. Humidity encourages growth of mold. The grower therefore has to control the humidity levels to stop the growth.

Light is a component that is used to make food for the plant to use for growth. Without light the leaves and roots would die and not increase in size. There are different types of light that encourage growth of the plant. Some do well under natural light while others do well under indirect or non-natural light. Before planting anything first determine the light needs of each plant then go ahead and plant them. Failure to do that will lead to loss or stunted growth.

Get to know watering patterns of the plant. For them to grow successfully, they must be watered at regular times. Research on how much each plant needs each day since lack of water will strain the growth. Also, keep in mind the room temperature and how they influence the evaporation of moisture in the room. High temperatures mean that they plants must be regularly watered.

The structure of the glass house is also important to consider. The outside should be clear of anything. You put in a strategic place where it will receive light throughout the day and there is no barrier to block the light. The inside should be spacious and well organized. A farm worker needs space to perform their duty and the plants need space to spread their leaves and stems. Avoid overcrowding the house.

Cleanliness is important in the glass house. The plants and the room must be kept clean at all time. Proper management involves trimming and removing the dead plants, and regular inspection for bugs or pests. In case a problem occurs, control them to prevent spreading to the unaffected areas.
