The legalization of gay marriage in different parts of the world has caused a lot of commotion and controversy. As what other people say, the world is changing, so are the people who reside on this planet. It has divided people. There are people who understood that love knows no gender, while others are sticking to the conventional marriage between male and female.

If you are surfing the internet, you may find a number of articles about this topic. You will notice how the concept of gay matrimony has divided people. There are articles you can find that support this marriage, while others state their great disgust about it. It is understandable, especially if you are a catholic. There are conservative Catholic blogs that expresses their disapproval in homosexual matrimony.

If you are born a Catholic, you grew up to have a strong belief that matrimony is holy. The church is very sensitive on sexuality. If you have read the blog, some even expresses aghast to bishops who supports the homosexual union. Although some people do not understand this mentality, found in this article are some grounds why the catholics have strong disregard of this type of matrimony.

The bible say that God created man and woman. This is one of the reasons why the Church disapproved of homosexuals. The traditional Catholics strongly believed in doctrines of the bible. They greatly believed that homosexuals has no place in the world. Most people apprehend that it can only be enjoyed by a man and a woman, because this is a holy contract between a husband and his bride.

Homosexual weddings cannot be consummated. The Catholic church does not consider oral and anal sex, and masturbation as the consummation of marriage. It should allow two individuals to become one in the flesh.

Homosexual marriage can impact negatively on the human population. Although the world is exceedingly overpopulated, the Church still gives significant importance on procreation. This is because God commanded humans to multiply.

The sacrament of matrimony is holy. If you have listened well to your religion teacher, you will remember that Christ married the church. Although this is a metaphor, these people believed that it is a divine bond between Christ and the church as his bride. This has also the same meaning between the groom and his bride.

Conventional marriage has more benefits than same sex. One of the great benefits is their ability to have a child and build a family. Although homosexual couples can adopt, this may be confusing for the child. The child may become baffled why he has 2 fathers or mothers.

Although the majority do not agree with homosexual marriage, we still have not had the right to just our LGBT brothers and sisters. It is not their choice to be born that way. Even though people will judge them, saying that man is created for woman and woman for man, this theory may not be 100 percent true because there are some who last for years. Christ commanded mandated His people to love one another unconditionally. And by love, it means to overlook gender.
